Background: ZoneCo Principal Nolan Nicaise, AICP, is an urban planning, environmental science, and policy professional with experience in planning, zoning, environmental science, and stormwater and floodplain management. Nolan manages numerous projects and leads the firm’s code innovation and efficiency efforts.

A native of Covington, he joined the firm in 2020 following positions with Development Services of Kenton County, Kentucky, and Parsons Corporation in Chicago, Illinois.

Nolan served on the City of Covington, Kentucky Commission in 2022. He previously served on the board of The Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) – Greater Chicago (2019-2020).
